Terms of Use

The terms on which students, higher education learners, job seekers and institutions use Zamit assessments, reports and job-matching services.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. These terms

By creating an account, taking a Zamit assessment or using any Zamit report, profile or job-matching service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Zamit through a school, institution or employer, their agreement with us also applies and prevails over these terms where it conflicts.

2. Eligibility and student accounts

Our school services are intended for students in classes 9 to 12. If you are under 18, you may use Zamit only with the consent of a parent or guardian, or through a school that has obtained that consent. Higher education and jobs services are for users aged 18 and over unless a school arrangement says otherwise.

You must give accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Assessment integrity

Zamit assessments are adaptive and individually scored. You must complete them yourself, without impersonation, and without help from another person, a third-party service or an AI tool used to generate your answers.

You must not copy, record, republish or distribute assessment items, and you must not attempt to interfere with scoring or automate access to the platform. We may invalidate results, withhold reports and certificates and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe integrity rules were broken.

4. Reports and matches are advisory

The MyZQ Report, GETS Report, career-domain and subject-stream guidance, certification advice and job matches are AI-generated recommendations based on the information you provide. They are not guarantees of academic outcomes, examination results, admission, certification, employment, salary, visa or immigration outcomes. Final decisions on subjects, courses, hiring and mobility rest with you, your school or the relevant employer or authority.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or infringing content.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, experience or right to work.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, resell or use the platform to build a competing dataset or model.
  • Do not probe, overload or attempt to bypass security or access controls.

6. Intellectual property

Zamit and its licensors own the platform, assessment items, scoring models, frameworks, report formats, brand names and logos, including ZQ and the Zamit Quotient. You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as your CV, and grant us a licence to process it to deliver the services and to generate your reports and matches. You may use your own reports for personal, educational and job-application purposes.

7. Fees, cancellation and refunds

Where a service is paid, the price and inclusions are shown before purchase. UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance contract; where you ask us to begin immediately and the assessment or report is delivered within that period, the right to cancel is lost once delivery is complete. Fees for assessments already sat or reports already issued are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we failed to deliver the service. Refund requests go to hello@zamit.one.

8. Availability and third-party services

We aim for continuous availability but may suspend the platform for maintenance, security or changes to the services. Some features rely on third parties, including AI model providers, job sources and certification partners, and their availability and content are outside our control. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, or decisions taken on the basis of advisory outputs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where assessment integrity is compromised, or where required by law. On termination we retain and delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer resident in India, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts and mandatory Indian consumer protections continue to apply. Questions: hello@zamit.one.
