Teaching Excellence and Relevance Management (TERM) analysis across 70+ parameters

To enable teachers of all subjects to meet the challenge of change in the modern classroom and be able to empower their students with the skills they need to become successful in the VUCA world of the 21^st century, Zamit and QAI, UK, have developed the world’s first AI-driven, technology-enabled, research-based teaching excellence and relevance management analysis.

The TERM analysis provides teachers with a detailed performance report that covers the following nine categories in education:

creativity in teaching and assessment;
professionalism in teaching and management;
mentoring students at all stages of development;
employability skills for career growth and job satisfaction;
professional profile to showcase the achievements of teachers;
pedagogy, including innovative teaching and assessment methods;
digital literacy, including technology-enabled teaching and assessment;
communication, including communication skills with students, parents and colleagues;
emotional competencies as part of decision-making skills, rapport building and relationship management.

The TERM Analysis is mapped to the requirements of the NEP 2020 and takes the IB (International Baccalaureate) elements and approaches to teaching into account too. It not only assesses the teachers’ professional attributes, knowledge, understanding and skills, but also provides them with practical tips and resources that will make them more effective in their roles.

Upon completion of the analysis, teachers will be given access to high-quality content that will help them further develop their skills and improve their ZQ scores. These resources include:
