The school started in a small accommodation in a village MUBARIKPUR near DERABASSI in 1922 by local ARYA SAMAJ and is now situated at CHANDIGARH AMBALA NATIONAL HIGHWAY - 22 at Dera Bassi in a sprawling campus of about 2 acres. An another branch named as primary wing of the school is located near arya samaj mandir, derabassi where nursery to fifth class students are taking education. A Co-Educational, English/PUNJABI/HINDI medium school from NURSERY to class XII, with a strength of about 700 students, is a semblance of tradition and modernity with a stress on personality development. The inculcation of cultural values is encouraged by regular Hawan and Yajnas which purify the campus.
