Children’s academic performance is often measured with the use of standardized tests. Achievement tests are used to measure what a child has already learned. School education is something that builds up the edifice of an individual’s life and everything that is required to lead a life besides decorating one’s career. The new education policy appears to focus on the development of skills among the learners. But, it is too early to predict that this paradigm shift will bring about a revolutionary change. Most principals have an instinctive awareness that organizational culture is a key element of school success.
