AN IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME
Zamit’s Skills & Knowledge Integrated (iSKiL) Programme is meticulously designed to empower students by preparing them for success in the 21st century with the world’s first AI-driven measurement, improvement and monitoring solution for future readiness.
The programme is aligned with the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland and is certified by QAI UK.
The iSKiL Programme integrates skills development within the context of curricular subjects, enabling students to excel in a rapidly evolving world. Backed by over three years of research and trials, this comprehensive programme is aligned with the Common International Framework of Reference for Future Readiness (CIFR), which defines over sixty skills, competencies and abilities categorised in Nine Dimensions across eight levels starting at A1 for elementary-level students and progressing to D2 for students with expert-level skills and knowledge.
Zamit uses a proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) model based on its proprietary concept of Measure-Improve-Monitor (M-I-M) when delivering the iSKiL Programme and provides the outcome as a ZQ (Zamit Quotient), which is a global score for future readiness.

The ZQ NINE DIMENSIONS
Zamit, in collaboration with its academic partner QAI UK, was commissioned by The Future Foundation to research and identify essential skills students need to develop during their schooling.
A team of over 15 international experts led this initiative, including psychologists, scholars, subject specialists, English language experts, and training professionals. This team compiled a list of over sixty essential skills for 21st-century success based on comprehensive primary and secondary research. These skills were then categorised into Nine Dimensions, creating the Common International Framework of Reference for Future Readiness (CIFR). The CIFR framework has eight levels, ranging from A1 to D2, that provide a standardised and structured approach to measuring, improving and monitoring these skills across the Nine Dimensions.
