Zamit and QAI, UK, have created iTERM Programme (International Teaching Excellence & Relevance Management Programmes), a 130-hour CPD program for teachers of classes three and above.

Mapped to Level 5 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) in England & Northern Ireland (UK Regulatory Framework), iTERM is the world's first holistic approach to teacher development. It utilises Zamit's proprietary Measure, Improve and Monitor (M-I-M) model, focusing on the research-based Nine Dimensions of Teaching Excellence and Relevance Management (TERM).

iTERM empowers teachers through programmes, webinars, symposia, research grants, events, and access to a Resource Vault with classroom activities, self-development resources, and more. Ongoing support and guidance help teachers enhance their teaching and management skills, leading to teaching excellence.
